COVID-19 (Coronavirus) FAQ's


Following the request by the Prime Minister for the nation to do the right thing we have made the decision to temporarily close all of our manufacturing, which will be reopening week commencing 6th April

Throughout this outbreak we’ve always said the safety of colleagues and customers comes first and this decision reflects this commitment.

While the guidance still allows for deliveries, service and repair visits to take place, at this time we feel it simply isn’t the responsible thing to do under these unique circumstances, especially due to the often complex nature of these visits.

Are all of your stores closed?
We’ve closed our manufacturing facility temporarily till 6th April; however, we continue to be open for business online only.

All our products displayed on our website are available. You can use our website to access our full range and benefit from expert advice.

However, to safeguard our employees and customers, we will not be able to fulfil delivery of the order until further notice.

I was expecting delivery of my furniture, will you still deliver my furniture?
We’re afraid not. Following government guidelines, we have temporarily stopped all deliveries until further notice. At this time, we feel it simply isn’t the responsible thing to do under these unique circumstances; especially due to the often complex nature of these visits.

We apologise for any inconvenience; however, we’ll be in touch as soon as we can once the situation changes to rearrange your delivery.

What will happen to my furniture if you can’t deliver it now?
We are a made-to-order business so your furniture will go into our order book and the manufacture will be put on hold until the foreseeable future.

If your furniture was due for delivery and has already been made, please rest assured that your order is safe, and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can once the situation changes to rearrange your visit.

I have a problem with my furniture, are your service managers still working?
