Lovely plush solid bed. I was worried about purchasing online but was pleasantly surprised. As far as putting it together, if I can do it anyone can! If I had to get a negative point it would be for the base under the bed where you store everything, a tip would be don’t lean on it heavily or it’ll break!

The bed is of good quality, and so is the mattress. I opted for luxurious memory foam sprung mattress. Although it is not as firm as I am used to, the mattress is very true to The description provided. Also, I got my bed in naple cream, and the fabric I chose was soft naple velvet. The material looks and feels very elegant yet chic and modern; very versatile to work with to suit various bedroom themes.

Absolutely lovely bed and massively good value for money. Quick and easy to put together too. Would definitely buy again! Just one downside/bit of feedback is that if you order the gas lift ottoman version, it comes with very low lying chrome legs and not the ones you see in the picture, which makes the bed 4 or 5 inches lower to the ground, which in my opinion should be made clearer when ordering and a new picture should be shown. Other than that - perfect and highly recommended.

Well.... Absolutely beautiful bed. Well made and well packaged. Sturdy and easy to assemble. Just be aware it took ages for it to be delivered. Really concerned after I ordered it. Tried calling but no answer, emailed and the responses are very slow. I was really worried I had been scammed. But after 7 weeks waiting, it finally arrived. Would have given 5 stars if the communication was better. But I will rate the bed 5 stars. Truly worth the wait. Maybe it took so long due to COVID. Definitely value for money.

A little slow on the communication side of things, which at first was concerning however, the bed did arrive after 4 weeks and it’s so beautiful. We would say it was worth the 4 week wait, very nice! The style and colour is Cream Chenille.

I love this bed, it's so beautiful and grand! The bed looks amazing! I ordered the bed on Sunday and I received it on next Wednesday. The bed was easy to put together, it took me a friend a hour to put together, it's better if you have two people to put it together. Definitely recommend Bed Universe !

Extremely happy with this purchase! It was received in a timely manner after purchase, super easy to put together (probably 20 minutes with the help of one person), and very sturdy once complete. The quality is great for the price and the colours/pattern are ideal for various bedroom styles. The package was received in a double packaged box which protected the headboard and footboard well. All of the contents for the bed frame were neatly packaged

This bed is so well made. I put it together myself and it was pretty seamless..It is comparable to many beds that I have seen from more expensive manufacturers . Very comfortable and very sleek. Headboard and footboard are very plush.
